Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced and capable Business Development Manager for the South East and South West of England and South Wales, to generate leads and head up all the business development activities for our fast growing maintenance division.

Reporting into the Company Director you will be tasked with building on the companies development plans and growth of the division for the next financial year to meet business targets.

This is a perfect opportunity that would suit an experienced, passionate individual with enthusiasm, drive, energy and a proven track record in the M&E maintenance sector.  

A high success rate is required in order for you to be successful in the role and we would ideally prefer an individual with an engineering/technical background to compliment the skillset in the team.

The candidate must have excellent relationship building skills, great negotiator and a confident business development manager who would be focussed on our company. An individual that embeds themselves into our business and drives our behaviours and values to the forefront of sales and business development.

Salary, bonus and package all negotiable depending on the quality of the candidate.

Key Skills

  • Proven Business Development experience with a portfolio of existing relevant contacts.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to lead or contribute to a team effort.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Engineering/Technical background.
  • Knowledge of M&E Maintenance sector.
  • Be able to identify areas for improved profitability and growth, making recommendations to the Company Director.
  • Can cultivate and develop new and existing relationships.

You will be based from our London or Bristol offices as we are focussing our development plan towards, Cardiff, Bristol, Exeter and Greater London.
